He arrived in Tar Valon seven days later and began searching for jobs. He found one at an inn as a stableboy. As he got payed, he kept with him only the amount of money he personally needed, and sent the rest home to his family. He loved his job, because he loved horses, and thus stayed there for quite a while. As time passed, a Dragon Reborn was proclaimed. A Blademaster who was passing through the inn that Bram worked in told him about it while Bram was unsaddling and taking care of his horse. A bit later, Bram found the Blademaster practicing out behind their inn, and was lost in the beauty of the movements. After the Blademaster left the next day, Bram followed him.
Bram caught up with the Blademaster, who said that he could tag along, and that he would even show Bram some sword movements. After a day or two, they caught up with the Dragon's army and joined. He was put together with a group of others who really knew nothing about fighting and was taught, and taught until he became a somewhat skilled swordsman. Then the army started moving towards many different places, trying to gather more people, and to prove that the man they had was really the Dragon Reborn. After a long, hard battle - and with Bram being trained by two other Blademasters along the way, one of which he became a rather good friend with and gave him a sword later, and also joining a group of people in the army seeking adventure (The Valavendil) - the army was defeated and the Dragon proved False. They were all taken to the White Tower then and swore to never follow that Dragon again.
After they were released from the Tower, the Val all went to a cabin owned by the leader, Alcoran. Bram did nothing but practice his sword while they were put up there. After a long while, the Val, which Bram was now a permanent part of, left out on yet another adventure, one leading them unknowingly to an alternate world through the Portal Stones.
Before you stands a young man of about 20 years of age or so. He stands to be about 6' tall. His hair is a dirty blonde colour and looks recently cut, ending at the top of his neck. His eyes are a strikingly beautiful blue colour that matches his hair well. He wears plain brown clothes, a little rough worn from long time use. Perhaps the most interesting thing about this man is the sword that rests at his side. A Heron Mark blade, marking him as a Blademaster. Bram also wears a black armband, with a stripe of red across it to signify himself as the Captain of the Red Wolves of the Valavendil.
